  • I booked online, now what?

    After placing the online booking you will receive a confirmation by email.

  • Can I also make an appointment on location?

    Yes, you can make an appointment with us for a personal introduction and additional information.

  • How does payment work?

    When booking your trip you pay a deposit of 50%. You can easily do this via our website. You pay the remainder no later than 28 days before departure. You will be sent an invoice for this.

  • What happens if I am unexpectedly unable to travel?

    We advise you to take out cancellation insurance for unforeseen circumstances. We also advise you to take out travel insurance in case something happens during the trip.

  • I do not have a Dutch passport, but I do have one from another EU country. Can I travel from the Netherlands?

    Yes it is possible, the visa application procedure is the same for all EU citizens.

  • I do not have an EU passport, but I do have a residence permit. Can I apply for a visa?

    Yes, you can, but you pay an extra surcharge for this. We are happy to explain this further personally.

  • Which vaccines do I need?

    There are currently no specific vaccinations required for Saudi Arabia at this time.

  • Can a woman make the Umrah journey without a mahram?

  • Can I also book a single room?

    Hotels offer a minimum of double rooms. If you choose to stay here alone, you will pay a single supplement. You can save on this by sharing the room with another traveller.

  • Will I receive a flight ticket before departure?

    No, check-in only takes place upon presentation of a passport and visa at the check-in desk at the airport.

  • How will I be informed about the progress of the trip?

    If you have booked the trip and the departure date is approaching, you will receive a link that provides access to our handy travel app. It contains a lot of practical information from day to day regarding the flight, the hotel, performing the Umrah, excursions, etc.

  • What can I expect from the supervisors?

    The escorts will meet you at the check-in desk of the airport and offer you support where necessary. During the trip, the guide is your point of contact and accompanies you with the transfers, arranges check-in at the hotels, guides the Umrah and the excursions. You will be informed of any changes via a WhatsApp group. In addition, you can count on the supervisor to help or advise you on practical matters or in the event of a calamity.

  • My parents are elderly and would like to perform the Umrah. They do need extra guidance during the trip, is that possible?

    We can offer this in consultation if you coordinate with us in advance exactly which guidance is desired.

  • Are all activities at the destination carried out in groups?

    Only the Umrah and the excursions are performed in groups. Furthermore, you are free to visit the holy mosques and other places of interest on your own. Of course you can also go on the road together with fellow travelers if you wish.

  • WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR THE VISA APPLICATION?

    For this you need to provide a copy of the first page of your passport. Your passport must have a minimum validity period of 6 months from the date of arrival in Saudi Arabia. In addition, a clear passport photo with a white background, which does not have to be taken by an official photographer. You can deliver all this digitally.
